1. Services Provided:

Kathrine Mitchell and The Aligning offers psychic healing services, including but not limited to readings, energy healing, and spiritual guidance.

2. Disclaimer:

All services provided are for individual purposes and needs only. The author does not guarantee any specific outcomes and is not responsible for any decisions made by clients based on the services.

3. Payment:

All services must be paid in full prior to the session. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Ms. Mitchell feels she is unable to provide the service.

4. Confidentiality:

All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent.

5. Cancellations:

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.

6. Code of Conduct:

Clients are expected to behave respectfully. The Ms. Mitchell reserves the right to terminate any session if the client is disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability:

The author is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the services.

8. Amendments:

The Ms. Mitchell and The Aligning INC,  reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes on this website.

By using this Kathrine Mitchell / Aligning / Rooted In The Earth website and engaging the services of the author, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
